Internal Sales Executive – Greater London/Surrey  

A leading provider of document management and business process outsourcing services are currently looking to recruit an Internal Sales Executive to work within the Sales and Marketing team. Driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through telemarketing activities, you will be an expert in generating highly qualified leads and appointments over the phone.

The Person

Essential Experience

  • B2B telesales and cold calling experience essential
  • Proven track record of hitting targets and achieving sales quota
  • Able to learn the companies service lines and engage with clients to establish needs and build rapport
  • Astute, process driven with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Strong objection handling and negotiation skills, able to handle rejection well
  • Strong communication skills up to C level, both written and verbal
  • Driven and ambitious, with a strong work ethos and focus on quality
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrate a structured approach to qualifying opportunities

Desirable

  • A background within business process automation, workflow or document management

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Source new opportunities through lead follow up and outbound cold calls
  • Gather and establish customer needs and requirements
  • Allocate qualified appointments to relevant sales person
  • Map out target customer environments and build relations with key decision makers
  • Achieve set KPI’s
  • Follow up on marketing campaign activity
  • Work closely with both external sales and marketing teams, building relationships to allow collaborative working
  • General sales administration and maintaining quality of data within CRM
  • Support the management of the marketing database to ensure high accuracy

The Package
