Salesforce Support and Lead Generation Executive - Manchester

A leader within their field, with a proven track record in year on year growth are currently looking to recruit a Lead Generation Executive to support the lead generation programme along with maintaining and managing the day-to-day Salesforce requirements. The role is a combination of Salesforce Admin and Marketing Support working in conjunction with the Sales & Marketing teams.

 

THE ROLE

  • Assist the Head of Marketing and Marketing Manager in coordinating integrated communication and marketing activities, and support business-wide CRM requirements principally relating to maintaining data quality, report generation and marketing initiatives.
  • Assist management in the creation reports and dashboards.
  • Perform data tasks such as de-duping, data cleansing for prospect data and data selection.
  • Monitor and ensure data quality, integrity and completeness and identify and monitor data best practice. 
  • Develop reports and dashboards to monitor usage, adoption and data quality.
  • Provide post-deployment support, as required and contribute to driving adoption.
  • Support lead generation campaigns with segmentation and profiling, as required.
  • Identify different customer segments, looking at how best to target, convert and retain them.
  • Use data and customer insight to analyse the market to maximise commercial and customer retention opportunities.
  • Ensure Salesforce database is segmented effectively to enable targeted marketing activities.
  • Create targeted Lead Generation campaigns to support new propositions and key sales sectors including Corporate, Regional and Public-Sector sales.
  • Work alongside Sales Directors and the marketing team, plan and deliver CRM & loyalty strategies to ensure that the plan supports wider business strategy and is effectively targeted to encourage customer acquisition, retention and loyalty.
  • Measure response rates and results of all customers’ centric activities and deliver insights and recommendations for future strategy.

 

THE PERSON & ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills - Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook skills.
  • Experience of the Salesforce platform (desirable)
  • Experience of managing lead generation campaigns and delivering results
  • Office experience in an administrative or support capacity.
  • Ability to operate under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Sound understanding of marketing principles.
  • Effective understanding of latest technologies and should identify how to apply them in marketing.
  • Should be able to deliver creative and innovative thoughts.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally in writing and verbally.
  • Adaptable, motivated and ability to work on their own initiative, but equally can work as part of a team.

The Benefits

The company are offering a basic salary of £20,000 - £30,000 (dependent on exp) with 25 days’ holiday (increasing with length of service), pension, life insurance and extensive training and development opportunities.
