Sales Executive – Business Communication and Automation Solutions

A business born from consultancy and focussed around efficient workflows, lean processes and reduction of expenditure are currently looking to recruit an experienced Sales Executive.

The role will involve a combination of new business (telesales support), cross selling and working with alliance partners to uncover opportunities across varying verticals.

Focussing on automation of business communications and business processes you will have experience in a consultative sales role ideally within this sector or an associated industry.

The Person

Essential Experience

  • B2B sales experience, working cross vertical within a service led sector
  • Proven track record of hitting targets
  • Able to work with varying levels of clients, clearly articulating the companies USP’s and services
  • Technically astute, process driven with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Strong problem solving skills that provide flexible and well considered solutions
  • Hungry for development and knowledge
  • Passion for excellent customer experience
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK Driving License as the position will involve UK travel

Desirable

  • A background within business process automation
  • Southern based 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • A combination of new business and cross selling into the B2B sector working cross vertical with businesses from SME to Large Blue Chips
  • Attending events and expos to build relations within vertical markets
  • Working closely with Business Generation and Marketing to create marketing and lead generation campaigns
  • Achieve monthly and annual targets
  • Document and track all activities to ensure full visibility to internal teams
  • Ensure that all work undertaken adheres to company standard
  • A professional and focussed interface to ensure clarity of communication
  • Build relationships across all areas of the business, both with internal teams, partners and clients alike
  • Provide periodic and accurate progress reporting to management

The Package

Package £30,000-£45,000 (negotiable) + uncapped commission structure (20% of all GP). Quarterly incentive trips, structured career development plans with annual salary reviews.
